Returns & Refund Policy

At Decorglobe, each chandelier is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we follow a clear and transparent returns and replacement policy.


Made-to-Order Products

All Decorglobe chandeliers are made to order, including custom and large-scale designs. For this reason:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed or shipped.

  • We encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our chandeliers. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • A replacement will be issued at no additional cost

  • Refunds will not be provided for damaged items

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging will be required for verification

Replacement parts or full replacements will be arranged based on the extent of the damage.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused during installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or form due to handcrafted processes

  • Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or specifications by the customer


Custom & Bespoke Orders

For custom-made or bespoke chandeliers:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started

  • All custom specifications are confirmed before production begins
